We got to go up to my parent's house Labor Day weekend to celebrate my dad's birthday. Since it has still been SO hot...the pool was still perfect! The kids are little fish up at their house. I am amazed at how their swimming skills have improved this summer. Pumpkin was doing great last summer, but is fully competent in the water now. Critter has almost taught himself how to swim with all the jumping and throwing he has experienced in the pool. It was a really fun day. I just love to see how much fun the kids have with their grandparents.
Hubby actually took this picture of her. I do not know why...but she loves these goggles! She has had them for years and they really do not fit her anymore. But, she loves them! 
Critter and Hubby were playing "tidal wave". They jumped at the same time and tried to see how big of a wave they could make "together". As you can see, most of the wave was done by Hubby! Critter thought it was the funniest thing :)
Of course they had to jump in together after the Daddy game. Plus, i love this picture with her feet in the water. I just love my camera!
Because of gymnastics, Critter loves doing flips. So...what better place than the pool. He was having a blast jumping in every way we would let him!
Why not end the day jumping off of Daddy's head! Happy Belated BDay Dad! It was such a fun day. The kids were worn out! Gotta love being tired from a good day and good food...
